Project Manager (Freelance Consultant)

Responsible for the functional specification and managing the delivery and acceptance of the “Orange Partner” internet portal.  This secure, multi-lingual, portal is targeted at Orange’s worldwide business and development partners and was delivered in multiple phases.

I was responsible for managing Orange’s relationship with the third party software suppliers located in Austin, Texas (USA) and for delivery planning in line with strategic timescales.  I was responsible for project reporting to the management team based in Bristol (UK) and for clear guidance and direction to the editorial teams in London and Paris,

The final delivery was completed in January 2005 and concluded my assignment.
